"Hold Your Tongue"   Polo

Polo is one of SEC's talented lesson horses.  He is used in intermediate to advance lessons.  Polo is a fast moving, show jumper but can tone it down to suit the hunter discipline.  Polo is available for leasing as well and has successfully competed in many hunter/jumper classes.  Polo loves to give kisses and will want his rider to, of course, hold his tongue.  Polo can help a novice rider learn the key elements of jumping in cooperation with the horse.

Marcus
Samantha on Marcus

Marcus is SEC beginner to advance lesson horse.  He is a warmblood/thoroughbred cross chestnut that stands around 15.2 hh.  Marcus has competed in high-level jumpers courses successfully and was put into retirement a few years ago.  However, Marcus wanted no part of the retirment life and is back as a lesson horse.  He is a great horse to learn on, whether a begginner is just learning the basics or a rider is an intermediate starting in the show ring.  Marcus can still turn on a dime and can do his lead-changes as slick as butter.  Marcus has even competed in the CTHJA jumpers!
